Do you ever try to reconnect with someone but it’s not the same? The passion and love you once felt and hoped for is not there anymore. It’s like the more you realize their heart isn’t there like it used to be, you just want to scream and beg for the old them to be there for you because that’s what you fell in love with. It’s like picking flowers from a tree. You pick the most beautiful flower, but it withers away. Then you find another flower just as beautiful but it’s not the same. Both of the flowers came from the same tree and may look exactly alike, but you know it’s not the same as when you found the first one. I guess what I’m trying to say is.. Don’t expect someone to be the same person you found them as. People change, feelings change, everything changes and that sucks.
